Day Delegates

Whether you are looking for half a day, a full day or a series, we know what you need to host your next corporate meeting. Held in the appropriately sized meeting room or boardroom, packages include all that you could need for a successful day. The room will be set up to your requirements and include a TV or screen and projector, stationery, flipchart and pens, mineral water and sweets. Of course, tea and coffee will be plentiful, with snacks throughout the day and lunch options include a hot fork buffet or traditional finger buffet. Free parking* and free WiFi is also included. 

Residential Delegates

If you have delegates travelling to attend, or if you need everyone to be on time, then including a hotel stay package could tick all your boxes. Future Inns hotels offer free overnight parking for guests and are close to public transport routes. The larger than expected bedrooms come with a lot of perks, ideal for business stays, including a desk and workspace, a laptop safe**and free WiFi. Comfort perks include complimentary robe and slippers, tea and coffee-making facilities, bottled water, a flat-screen TV and a fruit bowl on each hotel floor. Full buffet breakfasts with a hot and continental selection can also be added to the stay. 

Meeting Rooms

A variety of private boardrooms, meeting rooms, and event suites are available, which can hold a handful of people up to a few hundred. They are easily transformable from business spaces to elegant celebrations. All of the function rooms have been praised for their accessibility. The accessible meeting venues all have wide doors, no stairs or ramps to manoeuvre, and the large corridors allow you to navigate between the suites easily.

Dinner Dances and Award Ceremonies

All function suites are easy to transform by your trusty events company or utilise the chair covers and bows and fairy light curtains that are available to hire at Future Inns.

A private bar is also an option for your party or event, fully manned by our staff. The team are also able to offer drinks packages including champagne, prosecco, wine or buckets with bottled beers, lager, cider, as well as soft drinks, all of which can be on the tables for when your guests arrive. 

Birthdays, Baby Showers and Bridal Parties

Christmas

It is always Christmas at Future Inns. It is never too early to think about the annual festivities, we plan the celebrations a year in advance, so whether it is January or July, you will be able to browse and book the upcoming events. However, we do recommend you book as soon as possible as prime dates and Christmas Day Dinner does book up quickly. Of course, we can help you with a private Christmas party, Christmas conference or even a late celebration in the new year.

Future Inns is superbly equipped to host your next charity event and fundraiser. We are committed to supporting those who help others and in turn, are happy to provide charitable packages to registered charities or those with a letter of fundraising approval. 

School Proms

That’s right; we help school leavers plan a night they will remember forever. From events that ooze Hollywood glamour, dinner and karaoke or a low-key celebration, we have got the facilities and expertise here to make it a truly memorable occasion.

Food Glorious Food

Let’s face it; this is one of the most important things about your event and will often be what is remembered by the guests. We know that the catering is essential. All of our food is homemade on-site by our talented chef’s, using some of the finest local produce and ingredients. If children are joining your celebration too, there are lots of options for younger guests.

Future Inn Bristol

Future Inn Bristol is superbly equipped to host your next meeting or conference. All meeting rooms and event suites are on the impressive 6th floor. It is an excellent choice for both business and leisure events, and the rooftop balcony offers some of the best views of Bristol City Centre.

There are six meeting rooms, ranging in capacity up to 300 delegates, available per hour, half-day, full-day or evenings. All with generous amounts of natural daylight and views over Bristol city centre. There’s also complimentary WiFi, LCD projector, flipcharts and pens, temperature control and blackout facilities.

Future Inn Cardiff is superbly equipped to host your next meeting or conference. With its easy-to-reach location, it’s the perfect venue for business. With several helpful meeting packages priced per person, Future Inns offers everything needed for a successful event while providing excellent value for money.

The flexible meeting rooms, event space, and breakout areas will accommodate all your needs. Eight meeting rooms are available, ranging in capacity up to 210 delegates (300 for an exhibition).
