To kick things off, the Carrot and Coriander Soup with rosemary focaccia is the perfect autumn warmer. The fragrant coriander enhances the carrot's natural sweetness, while the rosemary focaccia is perfect for dipping. 

Why not try the Prawn and Chorizo Bruschetta for something with a bit more kick? Juicy prawns paired with the smoky heat of chorizo served on a crisp bruschetta offer a fantastic balance of flavours and textures.


Fresh and Seasonal Mains

If you're looking for a healthy yet satisfying option, the Superfood Salad is a must-try. Packed with roasted squash, beetroot, mixed salad leaves, cranberries, and caramelised seeds, this dish bursts with autumn colours and textures. The maple and wholegrain mustard dressing ties it all together with a sweet and tangy finish. You can add juicy prawns, grilled chicken or crispy tofu if you wish.

For those seeking a more indulgent experience, the Caramelised Pear & Goat's Cheese Ravioli is a standout. The creamy Grana Padano sauce complements the sweetness of the caramelised pear and the tangy goat's cheese, creating a mouth-watering combination that feels like pure comfort on a plate. This staff favourite is sure to make you feel pampered and indulged.

 

Vegans will be delighted by the Vegan Burger, served on a brioche-style bun with gem lettuce, beef tomato, vegan cheese, salsa, and a side of triple-cooked chips. This burger is hearty and flavourful and proves that plant-based dining can be just as satisfying as its meaty counterparts.
