Disabled Access
Despite its top-floor location, the Christmas party venue is entirely accessible, thanks to lift access, wide doors on the whole level and fully accessible toilets. All public areas and meeting spaces in the hotel are accessible for wheelchair users, with open spaces and wide corridors.
The open-plan accessible restaurant is on the ground floor, so no ramps or alternative routes are needed. There is booth seating and tables where a chair can be easily removed for a wheelchair. An accessible toilet is found in the bar area. Be sure to check out our accessible guide to the hotel and restaurant.
How to Get to Future Inns
Future Inn Bristol boasts easy access to the M32 and M5. The venue is just a mile from Bristol Temple Meads Station, and buses stop on the opposite side of the road. Ample parking is available at nearby Cabot Circus, with discounted rates for guests. Making our top Christmas party venue accessible for guests travelling to attend the Christmas party.
Parking at Future Inns
Guests at Chophouse Restaurant get 50% off parking at Cabot Circus, next door to the venue. Please present your ticket to our reception team upon departure, who will validate it. Hotel guests can park for £9 per night.

Alongside a member's discount rate, for every £1 you spend on accommodation, you earn 1 reward point.
You also get a complimentary drink voucher to redeem in the bar when you dine. Plus, you get double points when you eat in the restaurant.

Terms and Conditions
