Future Inn Bristol is superbly equipped to host your next meeting or conference. With its central location, it’s the perfect venue for business. With several useful meeting packages, priced per person, Future Inn Bristol offers everything need for a successful event, whilst providing excellent value for money.
The events centre has six different meeting rooms, ranging in capacity up to 300 delegates. All with generous amounts of natural daylight and views over Bristol city centre. There’s also complimentary WiFi, LCD projector, flipcharts and pens, temperature control and blackout facilities. Our 149 bedroom Bristol hotel is also ideal for residential delegate packages.
Next door, ample car parking is available at Cabot Circus, with discounted rates for our conference and event bookers. Our meeting rooms are near Bristol Temple Meads, and the bus stops are on the opposite side of the road. Easy access to the M32 and M5. Giving plenty of options for delegates travelling to attend your next meeting.

Jazz at Future Inns
Ideal for informal events
Jazz at Future Inns is a modern space ideal for live music, stand-up comedy, or open mic events. It was purpose-built for live music and is below Chophouse Restaurant. The space has sophisticated lighting and a view of the stage from wherever you choose to sit.
It can also be used for intimate dinners or networking events. Our hot fork, finger buffet, or function menus can also be eaten here.

CONFERENCE GALLERYAccessibility
Despite its top floor location, the centre is entirely accessible, thanks to lift access, wide doors and corridors, and fully accessible toilets. All hotel public areas and meeting spaces are accessible for wheelchair users. Meanwhile, disabled parking bays behind the hotel offer direct access to the lobby. Blue Badge holders can park here for £9 (per day) but are on a first-come, first-served basis.
