Step-Free Access to Every Area

Let's start with your arrival. The car park is large and flat, with limited blue badge parking in front of the hotel. However, there are 220 parking spaces in total. If you are arriving in a wedding car, there's a drop-off spot in front of the main doors. 

Getting into the building is easy, as there are no steps or ramps to compete with at the main entrance. Once in the building, there are lifts to all the floors. These are large, and the wide corridors allow you to navigate easily. However, all of the wedding suites are on the ground floor.

Wedding Function Rooms Cardiff

Our modern yet elegant function suites offer a stylish setting to take your vows, enjoy a wedding breakfast or celebrate into the early hours. With eight different event suites, there's plenty of choice. Your big day can be personal, private and exclusive from 2 to 210 guests. 

The open-plan wedding suites are found on the ground floor, so no ramps or alternative disabled access routes are needed. There is a disabled toilet, with bars and handrails, in the events corridor next to the other bathrooms. This is a short distance away. Each wedding is individually set-up, so we can make sure there is enough room for a wheelchair user to view the ceremony comfortably and have easy access to the dining tables.

We know that catering at your wedding is important. Our talented chefs make most of our food on-site using some of the finest local produce and ingredients. The team also have experience with halal and other religious requirements. 

Children are more than welcome to join your celebration, and we have lots of options for younger guests. In fact, under 5s are complimentary.

The hotel is conveniently located near main access roads and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. This well-appointed hotel offers a range of amenities, ensuring a pleasant and convenient stay. Alongside its excellent location, the hotel boasts spacious and airy bedrooms - all of which sleep up to four guests - that feature free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, a desk and workspace, a laptop safe, a complimentary robe and slippers. Plus, home away from home services like the guest laundry room, ice buckets and wine glasses. There's also electric car charging and free parking, which are rare in such a central location.

There are two types of accessible bedrooms to choose from. A double with an option to add a sofa bed or a twin with two large Queen sized beds. Within the room, you can expect ample turning spaces.

In the private bathroom, there are walk-in showers with grab rails and an emergency cord. The sink has been lowered, as well as the towel rail and shelving where we put your complimentary toiletries to keep things within easy reach.

Terms and Conditions

Standard booking terms and conditions apply. All wedding dates are subject to availability. A deposit and a signed contract are required at the time of booking to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance can be paid in instalments and is required to be paid in full four weeks before the event. All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-amendable.
