All guests at Future Inns and Thomas Restaurant get free parking. Please ensure you enter your car registration details on one of the consoles in the restaurant or hotel reception when you arrive. This is to avoid being sent a parking penalty notice. Have an electric car? Please take advantage of our electric car charging whilst you visit.
Accessibility
The open-plan event suite is found on the ground floor, so no ramps or alternative routes are needed. Free parking and blue badge parking can be found directly in front of the entrance to the venue. There is a disabled toilet in the events corridor next to the other bathrooms. This is a short distance away. Be sure to check out our accessible guide.
Terms and Conditions
All Christmas party menus are subject to availability. Pre-booking is required. A deposit is required to secure your space. The remaining balance must be settled by 6 November 2026. All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-amendable. Full Christmas 2026 terms and conditions are here.
