Accessible Coworking Spaces Cardiff
The open-plan restaurant is on the ground floor, so no ramps or alternative routes are needed. There is booth seating and tables where a chair can be easily removed for a wheelchair. Free parking and blue badge parking can be found directly in front of the restaurant. Admittedly, there is no accessible toilet in the restaurant; however, there is one in the conference corridor next to the other bathrooms. This is a short distance away. Free Parking
You can find Thomas Restaurant on Hemingway Road in Cardiff Bay, opposite Cardiff County Hall and the Red Dragon Centre. All guests get free parking. Have an electric car? Please take advantage of our electric car charging. Please ensure you enter your car registration details on one of the restaurant consoles or hotel reception consoles when you arrive. This is to avoid being sent a parking penalty notice.
If you prefer public transport, the venue is a 5-minute walk from Cardiff Bay Train Station. Busses stop outside Cardiff County Hall, across the road, or near the Wales Millennium Centre, also a short walk away. As a cycle-friendly hotel, there is a large secure bike rack outside Thomas Restaurant.

If you need a caffeine fix, the team can make your favourite drink: Americano, cappuccino, flat white, latte, espresso, macchiato, mocha or even an Irish coffee. There’s also a fantastic tea traditional herbal and fruit tea selection, as well as refreshing fruit juices, soft drinks and mocktails.
Once you’ve finished the working day, a large selection of alcoholic drinks is available. Our Welsh drink selection includes Brains beers, Penderyn whiskey and vodka, Benjamin Hall gins, and Cariad wines. Thomas Bar and Restaurant also has an extensive gin and mixer menu and 2 for £16 cocktails between 4 pm and 7 pm.
