Cardiff Halloween Festival
In Coedarhydyglyn Park near Culverhouse Cross, the Cardiff Halloween Festival is going to be a thrilling event. (It was previously known as Picking Patch) With something for all ages, it will be an unforgettable celebration of the spooky season. There are three options:
Ghoul School at Techniquest
Victims, sorry... Visitors are welcome at Ghoul School this Halloween. You can expect a hair-raising experience at the live science show. Explore the 120 exhibits at Techniquest. Including a planetarium, you can sit amongst the stars and enjoy tales and myths about the constellations. You can also launch your own rocket or make a Smoothie by riding a bike. The possibilities are endless at Techniquest. This can be added to your entry ticket for £2.50 per person.

The family-friendly event at St Fagans Natural History Museum takes place between 29 - 31 October 2024 from 5.30 pm - 9 pm. The ticket price includes lantern making, potion stirring, watch the Wicker Man burn, entry to the Scare Zone and Haunted House disco, a token for the fairground, plus free car parking. Plus, there's street food on Gwalia Green, and the fish and chip shop will be open.
