The dedicated events team ensures every detail is meticulously planned. At the same time, the on-site restaurant and proximity to Cardiff's vibrant attractions provide a perfect blend of convenience and hospitality, making every event a success.

Meeting Room Hire Cardiff

The events centre has eight Cardiff meeting roomswith a capacity of up to 210 delegates. For exhibitions, we can welcome up to 300 attendees. Our meeting rooms feature ground-floor access, generous amounts of natural daylight, free WiFi, data projection, flipcharts and pens, temperature control, and blackout facilities.

Cardiff Venue Hire

A range of flexible delegate packages are available for room hire, half-day and full-day, and even hotel residential options. Each of the rooms has audio-visual equipment and free WiFi. The outside terrace is the ideal place to enjoy the fresh air in warmer weather during breakout sessions.

Future Inn Cardiff is a modern and comfortable hotel in the heart of Cardiff Bay, one of the city's most vibrant areas. The hotel is conveniently located near main access roads and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. This well-appointed hotel offers a range of amenities, ensuring a pleasant and convenient stay. Alongside its excellent location, the hotel boasts spacious and airy bedrooms - all of which sleep up to four guests - that feature free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, a desk and workspace, a laptop safe, a complimentary robe and slippers. Plus, home away from home services like the guest laundry room, ice buckets and wine glasses. There's also electric car charging and free parking, which are rare in such a central location.

How to Get to Future Inns

Just over a mile from Cardiff City Centre and within walking distance of plentiful nearby attractions, Future Inn Cardiff boasts easy access to the A4232 and M4 in South Wales. Ample free parking is available on site. The venue is just a 5-minute walk from Cardiff Bay Train Station, and buses stop on the opposite side of the road at Cardiff County Hall. Making our venues suitably accessible for delegates travelling to attend your next meeting. 

Future Inns is also a cycle-friendly hotel, easily accessible from the Taff Trail and Cardiff Bay Barrage, with a large secure cycle rack. For those travelling from the city centre, The Aquabus (water taxi) runs hourly from Cardiff Bay between 1000 and 1700.

Start the day with a welcoming breakfast featuring freshly brewed teas, coffees, and an assortment of pastries. Enjoy a range of lunch menus for midday dining, from light finger buffets to hearty hot lunches, or opt for an elegant three-course dinner. Our talented chefs take pride in crafting most of the dishes on-site, using the finest locally sourced produce and ingredients.

Accessible Cardiff Conference Venue

When booking conference venues in Cardiff, accessiblity is important. The function suites are entirely accessible, found on the ground floor, so no ramps or alternative routes are needed. All public areas and meeting spaces in the hotel are accessible for wheelchair users, with large doors and wide corridors. As well as fully accessible toilets. Free parking and blue badge parking can be found directly in front of the hotel and Thomas Restaurant.

There is a choice of accessible bedrooms. A double with an option to add a sofa bed or a twin with two large Queen sized beds. Within the room, you can expect ample turning spaces.
