Future Inn Cardiff is superbly equipped to host your next charity event and fundraiser. With its easy-to-get-to location, it's the perfect venue for an event. There are eight different event spaces, ranging in capacity up to 210 delegates (300 for an exhibition). Our private dining rooms feature ground-floor access, generous amounts of natural daylight, free WiFi, data projection or TV screen (if needed), temperature control and blackout facilities.

  • We held a Charity Fundraising Gala Dinner at Future Inn Cardiff in December. The event was a first for a small local charity such as ours, so we were nervous about how it would go, to say the least. These were certainly put to rest by the excellent team that we worked with, in particular, Martin and Adam, who were both professional, organised and friendly. We will definitely be considering holding future events with you again.

A private bar is also an option for your party or event, fully manned by our staff. The team are also able to offer drinks packages, including champagne, prosecco, wine or buckets with bottled beers, lager, cider etc, as well as soft drinks, all of which can be on the tables for when your guests arrive. 

Each of the event spaces offers a range of refreshment and catering opportunities, including healthy options. A variety of menu options are available. From teas, coffees and pastries to afternoon tea. Plus, lunch menus, including finger buffets or three-course dinners. However, if you are looking for a particular dish or have your own ideas of what you would like to see on the menu, we can look into this for you. 

Children are more than welcome to join your fundraiser. An under-12 children's menu is available, and under-5's eat for free.

All visitors get free parking. Please ensure delegates enter their car registration details on one of the consoles in the restaurant or reception on arrival. This is to avoid being sent a parking penalty notice. 

The venue is just a 5-minute walk from Cardiff Bay Train Station, and buses stop on the opposite side of the road at Cardiff County Hall. Making our venues suitably accessible for those travelling to attend your event.

The function suites are entirely accessible and found on the ground floor, so no ramps or alternative routes are needed. All public areas and meeting spaces in the hotel are accessible for wheelchair users, with large doors and wide corridors. As well as fully accessible toilets.
