Bar Facilities and Drinks Packages
A private bar is also an option for your party or event, fully manned by our staff. The team are also able to offer drinks packages, including champagne, prosecco, wine or buckets with bottled beers, lager, cider etc, as well as soft drinks, all of which can be on the tables for when your guests arrive.
Food Menus
Each of the event spaces offers a range of refreshment and catering opportunities, including healthy options. A variety of menu options are available. From teas, coffees and pastries to afternoon tea. Plus, lunch menus, including finger buffets or three-course dinners. However, if you are looking for a particular dish or have your own ideas of what you would like to see on the menu, we can look into this for you.
Restaurant Dining Experience
Our in house restaurant, Thomas, is a welcoming and cosy space in Cardiff Bay. Serving British food, as well as contemporary and traditional Welsh cuisine. The team pride itself on providing the best, mouth-watering dishes using fresh local ingredients. Serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, evening a-la-carte or traditional roasts on Sunday.
Larger tables are welcome, with pre-booking.
Children
Children are more than welcome to join your celebration. An under-12 children's menu is available, and under-5's eat for free.
Free Parking
Free car parking is available to everyone attending an event. The venue is just a 5-minute walk from Cardiff Bay Train Station, and buses stop on the opposite side of the road at Cardiff County Hall. Making our venues suitably accessible for guests travelling to attend your next event.
Accessibility
The function suites are entirely accessible and found on the ground floor, so no ramps or alternative routes are needed. All public areas and event spaces in the hotel are accessible for wheelchair users, with large doors and wide corridors. As well as fully accessible toilets.
