Disabled Access – Accessible Hotel, Restaurant & Event Suites
We recently welcomed The Disabled Reviewers to our Plymouth hotel and they have recorded a video review of their stay there – giving us a whopping 9/10 for accessibility and customer service.
Often venues do not shout out about their existing accessibility. The bi-annual Disabled Access Day gives venues the opportunity to showcase what we have. It began as a movement from a conversation in Edinburgh in 2015 and has spread through Scotland and into communities beyond. It is all about visiting somewhere new or trying somewhere where you have been nervous to, in case you are not able to get around easily. This year it is taking place on Saturday 16th March 2019.
The Disabled Reviewers
The team at The Disabled Reviewers rate and review products and services for disabled people. After having to spend too much time visiting too many car garages, or being unsure if a venue or hotel was suitable for their leisure time, it was decided a one-stop shop letting others with accessible needs be able to find the information quickly, efficiently and honestly.
