At Future Inns, our latest menu at Fishbone Restaurant brings together comforting classics, fresh flavours, and dishes you’ll want to come back for again and again.
Whether you’re staying at the hotel, catching up with friends, or planning an easy-going dinner by the water, this new menu is designed for laid-back dining with plenty of flavour.
Start Things Off Right
Every great meal starts with something tempting, and Fishbone’s starters offer plenty of choice.
From crispy whitebait served with tartare sauce to spicy buffalo chicken wings, to halloumi fries with sweet chilli sauce and creamy garlic mushrooms on toasted sourdough, there’s a great mix of bold flavours.
If you’re after something lighter, pitta and hummus or mixed olives are simple but satisfying options. And of course, the homemade soup of the day with fresh focaccia is always a reliable classic.
Mains Worth Making Plans For
This is where the menu really shines.
For something hearty, the slow-cooked lamb shank with red wine and mint gravy is packed with flavour, while the BBQ ribs (available as a half or full rack) are perfect if you’re feeling indulgent.
If you’re craving comfort food with a twist, the chicken or Quorn® katsu curry delivers a warming, satisfying dish, while Thai-style noodles offer something a little lighter but still full of flavour.
Prefer a classic? Fish & chips or scampi with mushy peas are always a winning choice, especially in a waterfront setting like Plymouth.
