Whether you recently got engaged and are in search of a wedding venue, or if you've almost finalised the big day but are seeking those unique finishing touches. Plymouth's top professional wedding suppliers will be present to provide inspiration, creative ideas, and the assistance required to personalise your wedding day exactly to your liking.

For you to have enough time to speak to us and the suppliers, we are asking that you book your free ticket by arrival time. If you're a little early or running late, this is no problem at all. It's to avoid long queues and being overwhelmed.

Everyone who books online will be added to a free prize draw to win an afternoon tea for two. The winner will be contacted after the wedding fayre.

Fishbone Restaurant is going to be very busy during the wedding fayre. We highly recommend pre-booking your table to avoid disappointment.

Served between 12pm-5pm enjoy a choice of succulent meats, golden crispy roast potatoes, seasonal freshly steamed vegetables, a giant homemade Yorkshire pudding and lashings of real gravy.

Whether you want a full fairy-tale wedding or something simple but sophisticated, attending a wedding fayre can help turn your dreams into reality. Here are five reasons why you need to come along to our wedding fayre:

1. See the venue

Dream weddings are planned at wedding fayres. Explore Future Inn Plymouth, including the event suites dressed as if it were a wedding day. It's the perfect opportunity to see the table decor and twinkling lights. What's more, see what the wedding suppliers can add to your day - blossom trees, flower arches, chiavari chairs, and anything else you might want.

2. Experienced team

When you arrive, you will be greeted by one of the Future Inn Plymouth wedding team members, all of whom are highly experienced and have impeccable attention to detail. Once you have explored and met the exhibitors and suppliers, our team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have and learn more about our wedding packages.

They also have ideas for you to get ready for the big day with hen ideas and stag hotel packages, a family celebration in Fishbone Restaurant or a quaint afternoon tea. These celebrations are also available to book, even if your wedding venue is elsewhere.

3. Location

Ideally situated, Future Inn Plymouth is close to transport links, making it easy to get to from so many different areas. Plus, we offer free parking for all hotel and wedding guests.

For guests who are from further away, the hotel has 143-bedrooms for wedding guests to utilise - ideal for keeping everyone together. Our quality accommodation has large, spacious bedrooms, all of which can sleep up to four guests. Plus, under 12s stay for free. They help you feel completely at home with perks, including a complimentary robe and slippers, tea and coffee-making facilities, bottled water, vegan toiletries, and even a small exercise room. Each room has an iron and ironing board, so dresses and shirts can be pressed, ready for the big day.

When discussing your vision, the local experts who know the area are very likely to know your chosen wedding venue and will be able to discuss set-ups and delivery options with you.

5. Save the date

If you fall head over heels for our wedding venue, you can save a potential date with a member of the wedding and events team. What is more, you can hold the date free of charge while you decide what wedding package you would like before signing contracts and booking.
